Holbrook Caregivers are a special group. They are caring and compassionate, attentive and gentle. They have an uncanny ability to put our residents at ease.
Our staffing is set up so that the same caregiver is with the same resident on a consistent basis. As a result, both get to know each other well. And because they have this relationship, our caregivers understand our residents’ individual preferences and are better able to help where needed.
Holbrook staffs at a higher credential level than many assisted living residences, and exceeds or meets state staffing requirements.
