Located on the beautiful Maine coast at the Piper Shores campus in Scarborough, Maine, Holbrook Health Center is family-oriented and more like a comfortable Maine inn than a licensed nursing home. Holbrook provides a professional and respectful environment that caters to the specific needs of each individual, which we refer to as PersonFirst®.

Holbrook offers 40 private rooms exclusively. All rooms are presently available on a first come, first served basis. Dually certified by the State of Maine, Holbrook welcomes both private pay and Medicare patients, accepts direct admissions and offers competitive rates.

Our compassionate staff is available 24 hours a day to offer support and to communicate with family members. Holbrook is a place to feel well cared for, secure and comfortable. Our high quality amenities include a heated indoor pool, private rooms, fine food and a beautiful oceanfront setting. As an integral part of Maine’s only nonprofit lifecare retirement community, Holbrook provides 24-hour skilled nursing, as well as innovative therapies to meet the needs of both residents and individuals throughout the Greater Portland and Southern Maine communities.
